Role Description

This is a full-time Tele Sales role at Aimlay located in New Delhi. The role involves tasks such as Inside Sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service on-site.

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Experience in B2B/B2C salesa
  • Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance
  • Knowledge of educational services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
