**Job Summary**:
**Role And Responsibilities**:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively, addressing any concerns or questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
Providing accurate and detailed information about our hotel's amenities, room rates, special offers, and packages to entice potential customers
Employ persuasive sales techniques to influence potential customers and encourage them to make reservations.
Maintain a customer-centric approach by focusing on building relationships, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by consistently closing sales and securing bookings over the phone.
Utilise customer relationship management (CRM) software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, preferences, and bookings.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Conduct outbound phone calls to potential customers with the objective of promoting our hotel's services and securing bookings.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam
Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a B2C sales role with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets (hospitality industry experience will be preferred).
In-depth hospitality industry knowledge, including hotel services, facilities, customer expectations, and ongoing trends.
Familiarity with CRM (customer relationship management) software
Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
