Job Description:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director – International B2B Sales. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for setting up and leading a high-performing sales team to drive B2B sales across international markets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in international sales.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to build and scale our sales operations while contributing to the company’s global growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1: Sales Team Leadership:
Establish and lead a sales team focused on international B2B markets.
Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and develop a high-performing cultur e.
2: Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to international markets.
Identify and prioritize target industries, geographies, and customer segments.
3: Business Development:
Drive end-to-end business development initiatives, including lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to maximize sales opportunities .
4: Market Expansion:
Identify emerging market trends and opportunities to expand the company’s global presence.
Work with cross-functional teams to tailor products/services to meet the specific needs of international customers.
5: Performance Monitoring:
Set and track sales team KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
6: Collaboration:
Partner with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with broader business goals.
Collaborate on campaigns, promotional activities, and client pitches to support sales efforts.
7: Operational Oversight:
Ensure the effective use of CRM tools and data management practices to maintain accurate customer information.
Manage budgets, forecast revenue, and report on sales progress to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
(3-10)+ years of experience in B2B sales
Proven experience in building and scaling sales teams for international markets.
Strong understanding of global sales strategies and cross-cultural business practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in SaaS or technology-based solutions is a plus.
Knowledge of key international markets and global business trends.
Track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
