Are you passionate about curating unforgettable travel experiences? We are hiring for an exciting Sales position in the Outbound Leisure Travel segment , focused on crafting customized holiday packages for premium destinations like Europe, Australia, and New Zealand .

Designation : Sales Manager / Sales Executive Outbound Leisure Holidays

Job Location : Indiranagar, Bangalore / Lower Parel, Mumbai

Experience Required :

  • Sales Executive : 2-4 years
  • Sales Manager : 7-10 years (with at least 4 years in a senior/managerial role in the travel industry)

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client preferences, budgets, and travel interests to create tailor-made holiday packages .
  • Prepare and present detailed custom itineraries for Europe, Australia, New Zealand , and other international destinations.
  • Generate new leads, convert walk-ins/inquiries, and maintain strong relationships with B2C or HNI clients.
  • Stay updated with the latest travel trends, hotels, tours, and visa norms for outbound destinations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business through personalized service.

✅ Desired Profile

  • Prior experience in selling customized international holiday packages .
  • Deep destination knowledge, especially for Europe, Australia, or New Zealand .
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • CRM knowledge and ability to manage multiple client portfolios.
  • A customer-first attitude with attention to detail and service excellence.
