Job Title: Holiday Sales Executive

This role is ideal for those who are passionate about travel and have exceptional communication skills.

We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Holiday Sales Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for interacting with premium clients, understanding their requirements, and providing customized travel solutions that exceed their expectations.

The successful candidate will have excellent negotiation and convincing skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You will also be required to stay up-to-date on travel trends and industry best practices to provide expert advice to our clients.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Interact with premium clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
  • Develop and present customized travel packages that cater to client desires
  • Sell a variety of travel products and services, including flights, hotels, tours, activities, and travel insurance
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Handle customer escalations related to sales inquiries and bookings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Able to build strong relationships and rapport with clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively
  • Passion for travel and a genuine desire to help others create unforgettable experiences
