Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Holiday Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with premium clients and understanding their travel requirements.

Your primary objective will be to build rapport with potential clients, understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget, and develop customized travel packages that cater to client desires and exceed expectations.

You will sell a variety of travel products and services, including flights, hotels, tours, activities, and travel insurance, and communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

A successful candidate should have strong negotiation and convincing skills to secure sales and close deals, as well as the ability to manage and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with premium clients and understand their travel requirements
  • Build rapport with potential clients and understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget
  • Develop and present customized travel packages that cater to client desires and exceed expectations
  • Sell a variety of travel products and services, including flights, hotels, tours, activities, and travel insurance
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Handle customer escalations related to sales inquiries and bookings
  • Utilize strong negotiation and convincing skills to secure sales and close deals
  • Manage and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively
  • Passion for travel and a genuine desire to help others create unforgettable experiences
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a drive to succeed
