Experience Required
:

  • Sales Executive
    : 2-4 years
  • Sales Manager
    : 7-10 years (with at least 4 years in a senior/managerial role in the travel industry)

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client preferences, budgets, and travel interests to create
    tailor-made holiday packages
    .
  • Prepare and present detailed
    custom itineraries for Europe, Australia, New Zealand
    , and other international destinations.
  • Generate new leads, convert walk-ins/inquiries, and maintain strong relationships with B2C or HNI clients.
  • Stay updated with the latest travel trends, hotels, tours, and visa norms for outbound destinations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business through personalized service.

Desired Profile

  • Prior experience in
    selling customized international holiday packages

  • Deep destination knowledge, especially for
    Europe, Australia, or New Zealand

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • CRM knowledge and ability to manage multiple client portfolios.
