🔹 Designation: Sales Manager / Sales Executive Outbound Leisure Holidays

🔹 Job Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore / Lower Parel, Mumbai

🔹 Experience Required:

- Sales Executive: 2-4 years
- Sales Manager: 7-10 years (with at least 4 years in a senior/managerial role in the travel industry)

💼 Key Responsibilities

- Understand client preferences, budgets, and travel interests to create tailor-made holiday packages.
- Prepare and present detailed custom itineraries for Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and other international destinations.
- Generate new leads, convert walk-ins/inquiries, and maintain strong relationships with B2C or HNI clients.
- Stay updated with the latest travel trends, hotels, tours, and visa norms for outbound destinations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business through personalized service.

✅ Desired Profile

- Prior experience in selling customized international holiday packages.
- Deep destination knowledge, especially for Europe, Australia, or New Zealand.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- CRM knowledge and ability to manage multiple client portfolios.
- A customer-first attitude with attention to detail and service excellence.
