Major Responsibilities :


Prospects continuously for new clients for Utility Division.

Develop a territory management plan and implement a new customer call strategy sufficient to generate new accounts.

Analysis of local market to identify market opportunities, prospective companies, and associated buyers.

Develops and submits proposals and responses to queries issued by prospective clients after obtaining pricing and specifications approval from management as appropriate.

Manage customer projects and trails to ensure industry leading service and support.

Interface with Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Technical on customer activities as needed.

Maintain good relationship with existing clients and explore business enhancement.

Proactively identify and engage with key decision makers in the company business segment, by providing product presentations and technical support.

Meeting all customer representatives and providing detailed product knowledge.

Maintain good working relationship and high levels of Customer Satisfaction.

Coordinating with technical service team for application support/complaints etc.

Develop relationships with customers, internal partners, and external partners while fostering their confidence in respective product lines.

Monitor trends in the industry by working with customers, trade organizations, and brand owners. Use this knowledge to set priorities for our growth efforts.

Participate/Exhibit trade shows to market new and existing products.

Attend seminar /exhibition of National highways, solar, Renewable, Power sector and other related government departments.



Requirement profile: (Knowledge, Skills, and Experience)


B.E. (Mech.) / Electrical 10-15 of years of industrial Business sales.

candidates those have background of working with national highways, Infrastructure, EPC for infrastructure growth, lighting, road safety, infra project sales.

Proven ability for technical selling and ability to prospect, commercialize and maintain accounts

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to clearly communicate to a variety of audiences including senior management, customers, and co-workers

Strong technical background and excellent organizational skills

Self-motivated team player with exceptional people skills and character and a desire to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, and lean environment

Sound IT computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word
