Our mission is to redefine healthy eating through consistency, innovation, and authenticity.ROLE OVERVIEWWe are hiring Business Development Executives to drive sales and client growth.This is a field sales role – you will visit restaurants, cafes, bars, caterers, and cloud kitchens, meet owners, chefs, and managers, and ensure our products become staples in the F&B industry.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCold call and identify potential clients across HyderabadSales Execution: Pitch and sell food & beverage products to restaurants, cafes, bars, caterers, and cloud kitchensField Meetings: Travel regularly to meet owners, chefs, and managers, present products, and close dealsRelationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationshipsTarget Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targetsREQUIREMENTS0–3 years of experience in sales (freshers welcome with the right attitude, good business understanding)Graduate/Postgraduate (BBA, MBA, Marketing, or Mass Communication preferred)Fluent in Telugu (English/Hindi is a plus)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsTwo-wheeler with a valid license (mandatory – field role)Energetic, self-driven, and eager to work in a fast-paced startup environmentWHAT WE OFFERSalary: ₹3.0 – 5.5 LPA (including travel allowance)Performance-based incentivesDirect exposure to Hyderabad’s dynamic F&B ecosystemCareer growth opportunities in fast-scaling startupsRequirements added by the job poster• Can start immediately
