Roles and Responsibilities:
Should possess strong experience of minimum 4 years and above in generating leads and potential projects/contracts in the international outsourcing market.
Cold Calling, digital marketing, strategic emails and setting up appointments and meetings with prospective clients for lead generation.
Contact potential customers via targeted outbound telephone calls and cold calling for the purpose of offering services.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified, prospective clients
Follow up with clients. Keep a track of potential customers and their requirements.
Assist and guide customers with all the required knowledge of the services.
Sending proposals and approach papers, preparing contracts and closing deals.
Work on online marketing initiative of the company’s website towards growth.
Meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
Handling a team of email marketers & lead generators
*Candidate will be offered handsome incentives and project based percentage royalties.
Desired Candidate Profile: (Points to be noted)
MBA (specialization in marketing) with 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B Sales having proven track record of generating clients and leads.
Should have sound knowledge on IT Technologies.
Should have worked extensively in the International market (atleast 3 years).
Good Excellent written and oral communication.
Ready to work on a monthly target / based compensation/commission.
Proactive and creative thinker.
Responsible for achieving the assigned targets.
Self-Starter and highly motivated.
Strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to learn and be creative within the role.
Need to have a hunger for achieving targets.
Should have experience in acquiring clients in Software Development & Market Research service verticals.
