Job Title: Sales Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled International Sales Representative to join our team at ITvia Data Solutions.

This role requires strong communication skills, both written and oral, as well as excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in lead generation and customer acquisition.

The International Sales Representative will be responsible for:

  • Generating leads and potential projects/contracts in the international outsourcing market
  • Cold calling, digital marketing, and strategic emailing to identify new business opportunities
  • Maintaining a pipeline of qualified, prospective clients
  • Following up with clients and tracking their requirements
  • Providing assistance and guidance to customers on our services
  • Sending proposals and approach papers, preparing contracts, and closing deals
  • Working on online marketing initiatives to grow our company's website
  • Meeting monthly and quarterly targets

A competitive salary of $**85,000 - $110,000 per annum** is being offered, along with project-based percentage royalties. We value creativity, proactivity, and self-motivation in our team members.

Key Requirements:

  • MBA (specialization in marketing) with 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales
  • Sound knowledge of IT technologies
  • Extensive experience in the international market (at least 3 years)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work on a monthly target-based compensation/commission
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to learn and be creative within the role
  • Hunger for achieving targets
  • Experience in acquiring clients in Software Development & Market Research service verticals
