Appbowl is working with leading global software brands and distributors to bring in the latest generation of software applications to our customers as a 'first in India' model. We have plans to expand to different geographies in the near future as our model is easily scalable. Role Description This is a full-time role for an Inside Sales Representative, located on-site in Chennai / Bengaluru. The role involves managing enquiries received through our intense social media campaigns. It also involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, nurturing leads and building strong relationships with clients. The representative will play a key role in achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. As the store gets more acceptance, the team will be in a high-growth path for higher responsibilities in the cloud business which is the next growth area. Qualifications Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction Positive attitude towards customers to influence their buying decisions through our store. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English and Hindi a must. Goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Basic knowledge of M 365 products expected.
