Job description : Team leader - Lead generation team Job location: Powai & Vikhroli, Mumbai Job type: Work From Office. Languages - Hindi & English Position Overview: As the team lead for our lead generation team, you will play a critical role in managing and guiding our lead generation on call team to ensure lead nurturing & conversion. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, providing training & support, and implementing strategies to enhance conversion. Responsibilities: 1. Team Management: - Lead and supervise a team of lead generation sales executives representatives, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. - Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members, encouraging their professional development and maximising their potential. - Conduct regular team meetings, set performance goals, and monitor individual and team performance metrics. - Coordinate schedules, shifts, and workload distribution to ensure optimal coverage and efficient operations to ensure no lead miss outs. 2. Lead nurturing & process setup - Create processes for nurturing leads. Setup checks to ensure adherence to the process set. - Understand the gaps that exist in the current process and actively work to solve for them with current stakeholders. - Ensure all leads are attended to with the hygiene required (response time, call adherence, all leads attended to dilligently) in check. - Nurture and test out leads from different sources that are available. Setup processes to eliminate any gaps in customer interaction, sales conversion & call dials. 3. Training , Development: - Assist with the training and development team to deliver training programs to onboard new team members and ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service. - Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge, lead nurturing techniques, and problem-solving abilities. - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead nurturing & conversion, and share relevant insights and knowledge with the team. 4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team performance and identify areas of improvement. - Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance metrics, trends, and areas of focus to senior management. - Disposition file management, ensuring correct and accurate disposition data. - Utilize data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize team performance. Qualifications: - Preferrable 3-5 years of experience in customer facing roles, lead generation team management, experience or related roles. - Preferable if you have experience building teams. - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience). - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Understanding of numbers and Microsoft excel is a must - Proficiency in using google suite (gsheets, gforms) - Ability to handle customer situations with empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to handle sales targets is a must.
