Role Overview We are seeking an experienced professional to lead Talent Development & Organization Transformation initiatives across the Foundation. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Organization Development (OD), competency frameworks, restructuring, leadership capability building, and change management. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping a high-performance, agile, and impact-driven organization , ensuring that our talent, structures, and capabilities evolve in line with our scaling aspirations. It is a strategic yet hands-on role suited for someone who thrives on diagnosing organizational needs, building OD solutions, and supporting leaders through transformation. Key Responsibilities 1. Competency Mapping & Capability Frameworks Lead the creation and refinement of competency models across levels, focusing on leadership and high-impact roles. Conduct capability assessments using OD tools to identify strengths, gaps, and development priorities. Partner with leaders to design development roadmaps aligned with future capability needs. 2. Organization Development, Design & Restructuring Drive OD interventions that enhance organizational agility, clarity, and effectiveness. Lead org structure reviews, workforce redesign, and operating model updates. Build and manage change readiness, communication plans, and cultural alignment strategies for transformation. 3. High-Potential Talent & Leadership Development Design structured development pathways for high-potential and leadership talent. Facilitate leadership workshops, coaching dialogues, and capability-building interventions. Build frameworks, toolkits, and learning architectures to elevate leadership competencies across the Foundation. 4. Performance Enablement & Development Insights Strengthen the performance enablement ecosystem using metrics, frameworks, and developmental analytics. Analyse individual and team performance data to generate actionable insights. Partner with HRBPs and leaders to drive continuous improvement and talent uplift. 5. Stakeholder Partnership & Change Leadership Work closely with HR, BU Heads, and senior leadership to align OD and talent development strategies with business goals. Advise leaders on restructuring decisions, team effectiveness, and capability requirements. Champion a culture of learning, agility, and performance across the Foundation. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or Business; master’s degree preferred. 10–12 years of experience in Talent Development, OD, Organization Design, or Transformation roles. Expertise in competency modelling, psychometric/assessment tools, and leadership development methodologies. Proven track record in leading restructuring, org design, and culture transformation initiatives. Strong facilitation, coaching, analytical, and stakeholder influencing skills. Certifications in OD, Coaching, Leadership Development, or related domains are an advantage.
