Talent Acquisition ProfessionalLead the strategic development and execution of talent management initiatives to identify, attract, retain, and develop top talent for future leadership roles.• Design and implement a range of programs to foster employee growth, including graduate, internship, and early talent programs.• Collaborate with business leaders to deliver large-scale strategic talent development programs aligned with organizational goals and future skill requirements.• Develop and execute national-level campus engagement strategies to attract and nurture top talent from premier educational institutes and universities.• Partner with HR and business leaders to identify skill gaps and implement programs to meet evolving organizational needs.• Oversee measurement and impact assessment of learning initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business priorities.Candidate Profile:• Minimum 12+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Training.• Proven expertise in managing corporate academies, internal universities, or large-scale L&D initiatives.• Strong understanding of learning strategies, campus engagement, and leadership development.• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership and influence at strategic levels.• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.• Full-time Masters degree from reputed institution.
