Job Title: Senior Corporate RecruiterKey Highlights:Manage the full recruitment cycle for non-IT roles including recruiters, delivery leads, client account managers, business development managers and senior leadership positions.Job Responsibilities:Partner with business leaders and department heads to comprehend hiring needs and deliver talent solutions in line with organizational objectives.Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates from diverse talent pools using conventional and unconventional methods.Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates for critical roles.Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, interviews and negotiations to ensure successful placements.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance recruitment processes and strengthen employer branding initiatives.Monitor recruitment metrics, generate reports and present insights to management for informed decision-making.Required Skills:6-10 years of experience in HR recruitment for non-IT roles within the manpower or staffing industry.Strong comprehension of leadership and business role hiring dynamics.Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.Energetic, enthusiastic and proactive with a problem-solving attitude.Ability to think creatively and implement innovative sourcing techniques beyond traditional job boards.Result-oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
