Candidate Sourcing & ScreeningUse advanced Boolean search techniques for targeted talent sourcing.Conduct initial HR interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.Evaluate candidate applications and create strong talent pipelines.3. Interview CoordinationSchedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.Guide candidates through the interview process and ensure smooth communication.Collect interview feedback and ensure timely follow-ups.4. Offer Management & OnboardingConduct salary discussions and negotiate offers within company guidelines.Prepare offer letters and coordinate pre-joining formalities.Work closely with HR Operations for seamless onboarding.5. Recruitment Strategy & ReportingTrack key recruitment metrics (Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Offer-to-Join Ratio).Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System).Conduct market research and competitor hiring analysis.Contribute to employer branding initiatives.6. Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs.Provide weekly recruitment updates and pipeline reports.Ensure alignment with company policies and hiring standards.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.1–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.Preferred Skills (Optional)Experience with ATS tools (Workday, Taleo, Zoho Recruit, etc.).Knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytics.Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing.Experience in technical recruitment (for IT companies).
