Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Mumbai. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. The individual will collaborate with management to identify hiring needs, develop strategic hiring plans, and implement employer branding initiatives. Other key responsibilities include creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. QualificationsProficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and understanding the recruitment process end-to-endStrong skills in Hiring and Recruiting for various roles and levels within the organizationExperience in Interviewing and assessing candidates effectively and professionallyKnowledge and expertise in developing Employer Branding strategiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
