Job Title:Strategic Talent Transformation LeadJob Description:We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team in delivering high-impact HR transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business outcomes through strategic talent management, process improvement, and technology implementation.Responsibilities:Design and implement HR operating models that drive business resultsDevelop and deploy competency-based talent management programsAnalyze and optimize workforce effectivenessAssess and design HR shared services modelsImplement process excellence initiatives in HR and talent processesLead the deployment of HR SaaS solutionsRequirements:To be successful in this role, you will need to have deep expertise in at least one or more of the following areas: HR Operating Model / HR Service Delivery Model, HR Shared Services, HR Process, HR Policy Design and Harmonization, HR Diagnostics / Analytics, HR Technology, Org Design, Talent Management including Recruitment, Performance Management, Competency Modelling, Career Framework, Reward Design, Strategic Role Assessment.You will also need to have prior relevant consulting experience, working experience with international clients is desirable, and be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm.
