Lead Talent Development SpecialistThe Lead Talent Development Specialist role is a strategic partnership within the Human Resources department, driving comprehensive learning and development programs, succession planning, talent reviews, leadership development, competency frameworks, and organizational development.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement robust succession planning frameworks to identify future leaders.Partner with business leaders to identify critical roles and high-potential talent pipelines.Drive annual Talent Review process across functions and geographies.Lead talent calibration sessions with senior leadership for fair assessment of talent.Establish consistency in talent discussions using data-driven insights and manager capability building.Additional Responsibilities:Lead organizational development initiatives, including culture transformation and change management.Develop dashboards on talent health, bench strength, and pipeline diversity.Qualifications:Master's degree in Psychology, Learning Design, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field is required.Experience:10-12 years of progressive experience in leadership development roles.Proven track record working with C-suite executives and influencing organizational strategy.Ability to present at Executive Group Reviews with evidence of business impact and metrics.Skills:Strong digital acumen with experience integrating technology into learning solutions.Excellent interpersonal skills engaging diverse stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to design and implement succession planning processes.Should have handled finances and budgets.Strong in MS Office and Data Analytics.Strong Industry Networks.Benefits:This role offers opportunities for career growth and development, as well as collaboration with cross-functional teams.
