Company Overview: Viva VOLT is a leading publisher dedicated to making learning joyful. We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
1.       Customer Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact (email/calls) for customer inquiries and support.
Address customer issues and collaborate with the sales team to provide solutions.
2.       Sales Team Assistance:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including, but not limited to, handling customer inquiries and processing orders.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, production) to ensure smooth order fulfilment and promotional material availability
3.       Sales Reporting:
Gather, analyze, and report on sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual sales summaries.
Analyze sales performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.
Generate regular reports for management to assess sales activities.
4.       Sales CRM Management:
Manage and maintain the company's sales CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Input and update customer information, sales activities, and opportunities.
Generate reports and analytics from the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power Point.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination or related roles.
Additional Skills:
Familiarity with any CRM software is a must.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
