Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the real estate or coworking industry, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the retention of existing members.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by developing and executing strategic sales plans. Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital marketing.
  • Client Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Regularly engage with members to understand their needs and provide solutions that enhance their coworking experience.
  • Sales Strategy:Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed revenue targets. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously refine sales approaches.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached. Close deals efficiently while maintaining the company’s pricing structure and value proposition.
  • Reporting and Analysis:Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, providing insights into sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends. Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and community teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients and to promote a positive coworking environment.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to the management team to help shape the company’s product offerings and marketing strategies.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales, preferably in the coworking, real estate, or hospitality industry.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

- Experience with CRM software and excel and sales analytics tools

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- A passion for coworking and a strong understanding of the flexible workspace market.
