Coworking Sales Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Coworking Sales Manager and Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong focus on driving sales, building relationships, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and possess a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences in the coworking industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly occupancy and revenue targets
• Actively identify, prospect, and convert leads into members through effective sales presentations and tours
•Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Negotiate and close membership agreements while ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.
Client Relations & Retention
• Serve as the primary point of contact for members, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing satisfaction. Renew all membership agreements whenever they are expiring.
• Proactively address member concerns, resolve issues, and implement solutions to enhance client retention
• Regularly engage with members to gather feedback, identify upsell opportunities, and foster community engagement
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure coworking spaces meet client expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and functionality.
Qualifications & Skills
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management in the coworking industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach to handling issues.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite; knowledge of coworking-specific platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
