Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our growing team and play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of Chargebee’s Merchant Experience. As a key member of the Product Management team, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Chargebee’s Merchant Experience. Job Responsibilities: As Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting the vision, aligning stakeholders, and owning the design & delivery of product capabilities to enhance the Charagebee Merchant Experience. You will be responsible for creating: Customer Discovery: Identify meaningful problems & opportunities, and translate them into clear product requirements, ensuring they are clear, concise and aligned with the product strategy. Product Roadmap: Own the development and delivery of the product roadmap. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritise delivery of features to advance Merchant Experience on the Chargebee Platform. Documentation: Maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, marketing collateral and product announcements. Product Marketing: Be the product input to our marketing team to enable effective and impactful product marketing communications. Sales Support: Support the sales team with presales activities, including product demonstrations. Help showcase how the product can address a customer's specific challenges and provide a tailored experience. Active Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to product development and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Who we’re looking for Looking for someone with 6+ years of Product Management experience, leading end-to-end product lifecycles from feature discovery to production release. Ability to influence cross-functionally, through first-principles thinking, sharp commercial sense and clear communication You think from the customer perspective and are able to balance future opportunities versus immediate needs. You possess a remarkable attention to detail while maintaining a clear focus on the broader perspective. You are data-driven, you clearly define success metrics and measure progress against them. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Desire and drive to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
