If this appeals to you, please read onJob Title: Product Manager/Senior Product ManagerLocation: Coimbatore/BangaloreResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Align with US Product Management and complete tasks as needed.Experience in managing products, product roadmap, MRS and product positioning strategies.Own and implement Product Development Process across all products.Manage Product Development and Manufacturing Cycle Diligent response to key actions requested by Sales (8-hour response for critical actions, 24-hour response in general)Put together Demo, CIP upgrade timelines.Own Pricing Matrix, QuotesOwn and manage Product Option Architecture (POA), Product Configurator for all released products.Great communication, MS Office skills.Twice a week 8:30–10:00 PM, 7:00–9:00 AM IST calls, open to working hybrid as needed.Qualifications:Minimum 7 years' experience in Product Management, Marketing and Applications Engineer.Bachelor’s degree in engineering. MBA (Preferred)Experience of New Product ReleasePreferable Experience 2-20 years.Semiconductor Equipment Company (AMAT, KLA, TEL, LAM) Experience (Preferred)Experience of managing small team of 3-4 Product ManagersExperience with Salesforce (Preferred).Travel Requirements:Able to travel to Company Headquarters (Fremont, CA) twice a year.Able to travel to Asian customers for product presentations (Not to exceed 20%).Compensation:YES offers a stimulating and fun working environment, competitive salaries and benefits, and long-term incentives.Additional Information:YES is an equal-opportunity employer and values diversity.
