Job Profile: Manager /Senior Manager (Experience: 15 to 20 Years)A competent resource with end-to-end knowledge in P2PJob Purpose:* Ensure daily productivity is met with minimal errors.* Knowledge transfer to team members* Ensure all the SLA's and KPI's are met.•Client engagement•People / Internal key stakeholder engagementRoles and responsibilities:OperationsHandling supplier queries (Voice / Email)Ensure excellent service delivery to both internal and external customersChange control managementEffective production planning to manage seamless service delivery (including BCP)Work effectively with the transitions team for smooth transition of activities.Preparation of KPI reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) - for TAT and QualityReport the KPI's on periodical basis to internal and external StakeholderTo deliver the process, meet the required service level agreements, maintaining quality and achieving productivity targets & key performance indicatorsDemonstrate ownership and problem resolution along with offering reasonable solutionsTo be a Subject Matter Expert having the responsibility of reviewing the deliverables of the teamTo perform the activities in absence of team members or whenever required in order to deliver the process consistently and in line with quality and functional objectivesTo work on all other additional aspects defined time to time by managementTo act as the communication conduit between staff and the managementTo identify and proactively have control mechanisms for the processTo plan and practice effective cross trainingTo manage the day-to-day planning, operation and problem-solving of a team of financial accountant/analystsCompiling reports on team’s performance and customer feedback including process dashboards.Required Qualification and Mandatory Skills:* Graduation(B.com)/MBA / Equivalent* Through understanding of P2P / AP Cycle / Voice Process* Excellent Communication Skills* Process Improvement Orientation
