The resort is part of an expanding portfolio, with locations planned in Pushkar, Bagru, Jawai, and Udaipur.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager, based in Jaipur. The HR Manager will oversee employee relations, recruitment, training, and compliance with labor laws. Core responsibilities include implementing HR policies, managing employee performance, ensuring workplace satisfaction, and helping shape the organization's culture. Additionally, the role requires handling payroll administration, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Employee Relations, Labor Law Compliance, and Workplace PoliciesExperience in Recruitment, Training, and Employee OnboardingSkills in Performance Management, Conflict Resolution, and Employee EngagementProficiency in Payroll Administration and HR SoftwareExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a culturally diverse environmentBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in the hospitality industry is a plus
