Job Title: HR Manager – Industrial Sector

Location: Plot No 8 Ganesh Vihar -B, Nirman Nagar Jaipur Rajasthan Pin code-302019

Experience Required: 7–12 years in HR management within the industrial/manufacturing sector

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with labor laws and industrial regulations.
  • Manage payroll, attendance, leave, and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, etc.).
  • Handle union/labor relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Drive employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with management to identify manpower needs and workforce planning.
  • Lead talent acquisition for technical and non-technical roles in the industrial setup.
  • Conduct regular audits, ensure workplace safety standards, and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Support management with HR MIS reports and data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • Strong exposure to manufacturing/industrial workforce management.
  • Sound knowledge of labor laws, factory compliances, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to balance employee welfare with organizational goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹32,790.40 per month
