Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with company values and Indian labour laws.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and execute effective hiring strategies.
  • Manage employee on boarding, retention, and performance evaluation systems.
  • Handle employee relations and implement effective conflict resolution strategies.
  • Collaborate with department heads for talent forecasting and workforce planning.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits administration.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports, income tax returns, and statutory filings within deadlines.
  • Conduct regular HR and payroll audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Maintain updated and accurate employee records, including attendance and leave balances.
  • Monitor and analyse key HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and recruitment efficiency.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and enhance internal communication across the organization.
  • Supervise HRIS operations to ensure up-to-date and reliable personnel data management.
  • Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with statutory and organizational policies.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; additional HR certifications preferred.
  • 14 years of progressive experience in human resources, including managerial or supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, HR policies, and statutory compliance.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment strategy, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll management systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality in all HR matters.
