  • Daily Monitoring of Staff Members, Patients, OPD, IPD, OT
  • To ensure employee satisfaction
  • To take Customer Satisfaction Feedback
  • Hospital Documentation

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • MBA/BBA in Human Resource management
  • 1-3 years of Relevant Experience
  • Should be an expert in Manpower Planning, Strong hands-on job portals, Employee Engagement
  • Should possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think on their feet', work under pressure and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Should have sound knowledge in HR, Business Awareness and Business Ethics.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS OfficeRole & responsibilities
