Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for an HR Executive - Hospital. The HR Executive will manage HR operations and employee relations while ensuring compliance with established HR policies. The role will involve overseeing recruitment processes, addressing employee concerns, and maintaining HR documentation. The HR Executive will also support the hospital's staffing needs and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
:

● Oversee daily HR operations and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures across all departments.

● Act as the primary point of contact between the HR department and hospital management.

● Support the Director in strategic and operational HR initiatives.

● Manage employee attendance, leave records, and shift scheduling in coordination with department heads (Payroll is outsourced)

● Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures in line with hospital policies.

● Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance related to labor laws and hospital accreditation requirements.

● Facilitate performance appraisal processes and maintain updated personnel records.

● Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee efficiency and engagement.

● Contribute to employee welfare and engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.

● Provide administrative support for audits, documentation, and HR reporting as required by the Director.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within a healthcare or hospital setting.
  • Proficiency in HR Operations and understanding of Employee Relations
  • Strong understanding of hospital workflows, staffing structures, and compliance norms.
  • Ability to interpret and implement HR Policies effectively
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
