Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Plan and execute smooth onboarding and induction for new hires.

2. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
  • Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and salary administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Plan and implement employee engagement activities and events.
  • Build and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution.

4. Performance Management

  • Coordinate annual/quarterly performance appraisal cycles.
  • Track employee performance and assist in setting goals and KPIs.
  • Support managers with performance improvement plans (PIPs).

5. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training programs.
  • Monitor learning and development outcomes.

6. HR Policy & Process Improvement

  • Assist in reviewing, updating, and implementing HR policies.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and support HR automation initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in HR Generalist or HR Manager roles.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
