Global Alliances and Partnerships Leader
Global Alliances & Partnership Leader will be responsible for Global engagement for GSI ecosystem accelerating Verdantis services and platform revenue through ecosystem development
. Role Descriptio
n Partnership Strategy and Development
: Develop and execute a comprehensive global partnership strategy to drive business growth and market penetration for our Saa S applications
. Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with leading services organizations (GSI), Big 4 and niche partners
. Build and develop durable executive relationships, both globally and in the regions, resulting in a delighted partners and mutual customers
. Relationship Management
: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers at partner organizations
. Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring alignment of goals and fostering collaboration
. Business Development
: Collaborate with internal teams to identify and leverage partnership opportunities that align with company objectives and market needs
. Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, including co-branded campaigns, joint sales efforts, and integrated solutions
. Negotiation and Contracting
: Lead negotiations and manage contractual agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms and compliance with company policies
. Oversee the execution of partnership agreements and monitor performance to ensure objectives are met
. Market Insights and Reporting
: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform partnership strategy and decision-making
. Provide regular updates and reports on partnership performance, opportunities, and challenges to senior management
. Experience and Qualification
:10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the following disciplines: business development/alliances; partner sales at Global SAAS platform organization; Big 4; GSI practice
. At least 5 years of direct experience selling to, through and with leading GSIs, as-a-Service models and indirect sales motions in the US & Europe region
. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
. Demonstrated ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy and adaptabilit
y Ability to influence and build consensus with people across all levels and functions with a sense of urgency
