Lead and scale multi-channel outbound programs (Email, LinkedIn, and occasionally Calling) for clients, ensuring high-quality pipeline generation, strong strategic direction, and an exceptional client experience. Build and lead strategic outbound growth plans for clients across Email, LinkedIn, and calling (when required) Own end-to-end campaign performance—including messaging, execution, optimization, and reporting Analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve results Mentor and guide junior SDRs / Email Specialists to enhance quality, productivity, and campaign output Performance optimization through data and analytics Must-Have Skills & Experience: ~4+ years of B2B outbound experience (US/UK market preferred) ~ Proven success running and leading outbound Email + LinkedIn demand generation programs ~ Experience managing client calls, presenting strategy, and handling escalations ~ Hands-on experience with outbound tools such as: ~ Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly/Smartlead, Sales Navigator, Mailchimp, and other emailing tools ~
