We are passionate about delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships with our clients. We’re looking for a Client Relationship Coordinator to join our team and help ensure our clients’ needs are met while providing outstanding support and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely assistance.
Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations, effectively showcasing our products or services.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of our offerings and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment with client needs and objectives.
Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to clients, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and opportunities for improvement.
Actively listen to client feedback and concerns, advocating for their needs within the organization and driving continuous improvement.
Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to measure and improve client experience.
Travel to client locations as needed, including intercity and interstate travel, to meet with clients, attend events, or conduct site visits.
Updating emails and Whats App communications with clients regularly.
Daily follow-up and monitoring of clients activities, including analysis.
Timely updates on website and social media pages for upgrades.
Developing strategies and implementing testimonial collection.
Ensuring Zlipp is integrated into daily operational needs.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Freshers can also apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
