About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Director of Marketing to lead our brand, digital strategy, and growth initiatives. This is a senior leadership position for someone who can balance creativity with analytical thinking — a leader who understands how to tell powerful stories while driving measurable business results. You will oversee the full marketing ecosystem: brand, digital, performance, content, and communication. Your work will shape how we show up in the market, how we communicate our value, and how we build long-term relationships with customers across multiple channels. What You’ll Lead Build and execute a holistic marketing strategy that strengthens brand visibility and drives sustainable growth Oversee digital initiatives across paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads), social marketing, email, and web Partner closely with product, sales, and creative teams to develop integrated campaigns Lead brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all touchpoints Analyze marketing performance and align strategy with business objectives Manage budgets, marketing planning, and long-term growth roadmaps Mentor, guide, and develop a high-performing marketing team What We’re Looking For 7+ years of experience in marketing leadership , preferably in tech, eCommerce, agency, or global brand environments Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid acquisition, and performance optimization Proven ability to build and execute multi-channel strategies A creative thinker with strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making Excellent communication, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications , or related field (MBA is a plus)
