The Role We are seeking aMarketing Director (India)to lead our marketing strategy and execution across all products and the overarching Aauti brand. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, lead generation, and brand impact while managing a talented team of marketing associates in India. This is a high-impact leadership position where you will collaborate directly with company leadership and external partners, including PR and marketing agencies, to deliver world-class campaigns. Key Responsibilities - Develop and executemarketing strategiesfor all products and the overall brand. - Lead and mentor ateam of marketing associates in India. - Driverevenue-focused marketing initiativesincluding demand generation, pipeline growth, and retention campaigns. - Overseebrand building, storytelling, and positioningacross digital, events, and PR. - Collaborate with leadership to align marketing plans with company goals. - Manage and coordinate withexternal marketing firms and PR agenciesfor impactful campaigns. - Establish and trackKPIsto measure performance and optimize strategy. Qualifications - 3+ years of progressive marketing experience with at least 1+ years in aleadership role. - Proven success indeveloping and scaling marketing strategiesacross multiple products or brands. - Strong background inlead generation, digital marketing, and brand management. - Experience managing and mentoringmarketing teams. - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and external partners. - Excellent communication, storytelling, and analytical skills. - Prior experience working with PR/marketing agencies. - MBA/Marketing specializationis required.
