Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru South for an Event Marketing Director. The Event Marketing Director will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing marketing strategies for Trescon's events. This includes conducting market research, developing marketing plans, managing marketing campaigns, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring successful event outcomes. The director will also oversee the promotion of events to increase participation and engagement from the target audience. Qualifications - Expertise in Market Planning, Marketing Management, and Market Research - Strong skills in Marketing and Sales - Excellent leadership and team management abilities - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South - Proven track record in organizing and promoting events - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - Experience in the technology or events industry is a plus
