From large-scale corporate summits to unforgettable award nights, our work is bold, immersive, and designed to leave a mark.About the RoleWe’re looking for a 2D Art Director – Manager — a visual storyteller who can transform ideas into impactful design experiences. Someone who understands brands, breathes design aesthetics, and translates concepts into visually compelling stories that connect with audiences on and off screen.This role demands a creative leader who can balance concept, craft, and clarity — from pitch decks and event branding to stage backdrops, LED visuals, collaterals, and digital campaigns.Key Responsibilities1. Creative & Design Direction- Lead the 2D design team in conceptualizing and executing visual communication for events and brand campaigns.- Develop brand stories and creative layouts for pitches, presentations, and live event collaterals.- Ensure brand consistency and design excellence across all touchpoints — print, digital, and on-ground elements.- Translate concept ideas into high-quality visuals that enhance the event experience.2. Collaboration & Team Leadership- Work closely with Concept, 3D, Client Servicing, and Production teams to visualize integrated event designs.- Review and mentor the 2D design team — ensuring quality, innovation, and timely deliverables.- Brainstorm with the Creative Director and Business Team to elevate pitch presentations and design impact.3.
