About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Director of Marketing to lead our brand, digital strategy, and growth initiatives. This is a senior leadership position for someone who can balance creativity with analytical thinking — a leader who understands how to tell powerful stories while driving measurable business results.You will oversee the full marketing ecosystem: brand, digital, performance, content, and communication. Your work will shape how we show up in the market, how we communicate our value, and how we build long-term relationships with customers across multiple channels.What You’ll LeadBuild and execute a holistic marketing strategy that strengthens brand visibility and drives sustainable growthOversee digital initiatives across paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads), social marketing, email, and webPartner closely with product, sales, and creative teams to develop integrated campaignsLead brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all touchpointsAnalyze marketing performance and align strategy with business objectivesManage budgets, marketing planning, and long-term growth roadmapsMentor, guide, and develop a high-performing marketing teamWhat We’re Looking For7+ years of experience in marketing leadership, preferably in tech, eCommerce, agency, or global brand environmentsStrong understanding of digital marketing, paid acquisition, and performance optimizationProven ability to build and execute multi-channel strategiesA creative thinker with strong business acumen and data-driven decision-makingExcellent communication, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus)
