Job Summary We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-focused Marketing Director to lead and scale our marketing engine across SEO, Martech, Organic Channels, CRM and Performance Marketing. This leadership role will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to define, drive, and deliver the full-funnel marketing strategy that powers growth for a multimillion-dollar portfolio. You will lead a team of high-performing marketers, bringing together the power of data, storytelling, product thinking, and AI-driven marketing to unlock sustainable, long-term growth. Key Responsibilities - Own and lead the marketing charter with full accountability for revenue, customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROI, and marketing efficiency across all regions and product lines. - Define the strategic roadmap across SEO, Martech, organic growth, and performance marketing, aligning marketing goals with business growth targets and customer lifecycle stages. - Lead a high-performance team across technical SEO, content marketing, marketing automation, and paid media (search, social, display, affiliates, CRM), ensuring cohesion in campaign planning, messaging, and execution. - Build robust growth models, loops, and forecasts, and continuously optimize for scale, efficiency, and impact across channels and markets. - Develop frameworks to automate, test new organic and paid channels, enable audience segmentation, and build and execute creative strategies. - Explore and implement AI-powered and Martech solutions to enhance GTM, personalization, and campaign performance. - Partner closely with Product, University Partnership, Revenue, Growth, Analytics, Creative, Tech Teams to build and refine cross-functional growth strategies. - Leverage data to guide strategy, performance evaluation, and decision-making – translating analytics into actionable insights that drive business outcomes. - Oversee the creation and optimization of search-driven, high-converting content and campaigns tailored to different funnel stages – from acquisition to retention. - Play a pivotal role in budgeting, forecasting, and planning to align marketing investments with growth priorities and ROI expectations. - Act as a thought partner to the Senior leadership team, contributing to strategic conversations on growth, customer acquisition, product-market fit, expansion, and AI-driven marketing initiatives. Required Qualification & Experience - 12+ years of experience in Marketing with proven leadership in scaling revenue driven marketing functions at B2C or D2C companies; startup or high-growth environment preferred. - Deep Domain Expertise in SEO, Martech, CRM and Performance Marketing (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic), along with hands-on experience in content and product marketing. - Track record of managing large marketing budgets and delivering strong ROI, revenue, and customer growth. - Strong grasp of marketing automation, CRM, advanced Martech stacks, web analytics, attribution models, and AI-driven marketing platforms. - Strong first-principles problem solver with a bias for action and experimentation; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. - Analytical leader who can derive insights from data and apply them to marketing strategy and execution. - Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, hands-on approach, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Excellent communication and storytelling abilities; can translate complex ideas into compelling narratives for diverse audiences. - Prior experience working closely with founders, C-level stakeholders, or executive teams is a strong plus.
