Job Description:
We are looking for a Billing Support Representative with experience in international voice support to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for resolving billing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls and emails.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve billing issues using query-solving techniques, providing clear and concise information.
- Answer customer questions about billing and services via inbound calls and emails.
- Manage international inbound calls, focusing on customer satisfaction and resolving inquiries.
- Actively listen to customer concerns and feedback, providing appropriate responses.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex billing issues.
Required Profile:
- Minimum 12 months of international voice experience.
- Strong understanding of billing concepts such as recurring bills, billing cycle changes, due dates, prorated charges, auto-pay, surcharges, service charges, and taxes.
- Proven experience in resolving billing-related customer issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with customers calmly and effectively.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capability to make independent, quick decisions.
- Willingness to work in a US environment, including rotational shifts (5 days a week).
- Customer-centric approach, with logical thinking and spontaneity.
- Ability to ensure timely and professional responses to all customer queries.
