International Voice Support Billing Specialist

Job Title Overview
We are seeking an International Voice Support Billing Specialist to join our team at eJAmerica. As a key member of our customer support team, this role will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through inbound calls and emails.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of billing concepts and be able to provide clear and concise information to our customers. The candidate should also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
Main Responsibilities
- Resolve billing inquiries using query-solving techniques and provide accurate and timely responses to customers.
- Answer customer questions about billing and services via inbound calls and emails, ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous.
- Manage international inbound calls, focusing on customer satisfaction and resolving inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex billing issues, ensuring that all customer interactions are documented accurately and updated records in the CRM system.
Requirements
- A minimum of 12 months of experience in international voice support, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of billing concepts such as recurring bills, billing cycle changes, due dates, prorated charges, auto-pay, surcharges, service charges, and taxes.
- Proven experience in resolving billing-related customer issues, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a US environment, including rotational shifts (5 days a week).
