Job Summary:
The Training Officer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing initial and ongoing training programs for key personnel at ANSSI Wellness, including Clinic Managers, Receptionists, Physiotherapists, and Sales Staff. The goal is to develop and maintain a highly skilled, motivated, and effective workforce that drives sales, enhances profitability, and ensures exceptional patient experiences. This role requires an individual with a strong background in training for healthcare or wellness services, particularly with experience in sales, customer relations, and operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Program Development:
- Develop comprehensive training modules covering sales techniques, negotiation skills, rapport building, patient counseling, and staff management.
- Create specialized training tracks for Clinic Managers, focusing on profitable business operations, team leadership, and sales performance.
- Develop ongoing training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge over time.
2. Clinic Manager Training:
- Conduct sessions on **business profitability, sales strategies, team management, and staffing.
- Teach advanced negotiation techniques, sales conversion strategies, and patient relationship management.
- Equip managers with data analysis skills to monitor clinic performance, set achievable targets, and increase revenue.
3. Receptionist and Patient Interaction Training:
- Provide training for Receptionists in patient interaction, scheduling efficiency, rapport building, and handling patient inquiries.
- Train front-desk staff in initial patient consultations, information gathering, and effective communication** to improve patient check-ins and satisfaction.
4. Physiotherapist and Healthcare Staff Development:
- Educate Physiotherapists and healthcare staff on **patient engagement**, treatment explanations, and up-selling relevant wellness services or products.
- Focus on **building trust** with patients, understanding their needs, and providing comprehensive care recommendations.
5. Sales Staff Training:
- Develop and execute a training curriculum for Sales Staff, covering **prospecting, lead nurturing, follow-ups, closing sales, and handling objections**.
- Train the team on **cross-selling and upselling wellness services**, maintaining high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
6. Performance Monitoring and Feedback:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through **performance metrics**, feedback surveys, and observation.
- Provide ongoing support, feedback, and coaching to staff to improve performance and adapt training as necessary.
7. Training Resources and Materials Development:
- Create, update, and maintain training manuals, presentations, role-play scenarios, and digital resources** for both initial and refresher trainings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, ensuring ANSSI Wellness remains at the forefront of clinic management and patient engagement.
8. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with department heads, HR, and management to identify training needs, align with organizational goals, and implement effective training strategies.
- Coordinate with the HR department to ensure new employees receive initial training and are well-integrated into their roles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business, HR, or related field; advanced certifications in Training & Development are preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in training, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or a sales-oriented environment.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and business profitability.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a talent for motivating and coaching staff.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and assess training programs that lead to measurable improvements in performance.
- Proficiency in training software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in sales coaching or healthcare operations.
- Knowledge of physiotherapy, wellness treatments, or patient engagement best practices.
- Ability to analyze data to track training effectiveness and clinic performance.
