Experience : 1-5 years

Location: Bengaluru

Budget : 3-5 LPA


Requirement :

We’re looking for a Training Executive who would be responsible for the delivery and administration of a range of training and development programs to meet the needs of internal staff.

● Plan weekly / monthly initiatives and training programs in discussion with senior management.

● Conduct discussions with Operations team to understand training requirements (mandatory trainings, technical, domain, behavioral training)

● Should be able to create content based on the inputs shared by the stakeholders.

● Ensure that content and context of all materials remains current and relevant for business needs.

● Conduct training programs for various audience groups, as and when required.

● Design and deliver training programs that address training needs on an ongoing basis.

● Execute roll out of training interventions including timelines, target audience and location.

An ideal candidate for this role is someone who has-

● Seeking candidates with 1-2 years of experience, strong communication skills, proven people management skills, and preference for e-commerce experience, particularly in fulfillment center or last mile.

● Self-driven to handle the function independently.

● Designing and supplying a variety of training styles.

● Managing budgets and managing people.

● Confident in both written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiences in regional language.

● Organizational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectives.

● Expected to travel to other locations for 2-3 days as per training requirements.

● Personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills.

● Basic Knowledge on Computer (PowerPoint & Excel)

● Undergraduate/ Postgraduate degree
