We are looking to hire an E-Learning and Training Officer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering interactive training materials for our client based in Dubai- one of the largest conglomerates in the region.

This position is a remote contract role with a duration of 12 months.

You should also have expertise in e-learning development and a strong background in IT to support our learning and development needs.

Key responsibilities:

E-Learning Development:

• Design, develop, and deliver e-learning modules tailored to diverse learning preferences.
• Create interactive learning materials, assessments, and quizzes to enhance employee knowledge retention.

Storyboarding and Knowledge Checks:

• Develop comprehensive storyboards and knowledge checks that align with learning objectives.
• Ensure content effectively measures understanding and meets the learning goals.

Content Creation:

• Produce multimedia learning content, including videos and interactive materials.
• Use tools like Canva, Mentimeter, or similar to create visually engaging content.

IT Domain Familiarity:

• Apply IT knowledge or previous experience with IT projects to develop training content aligned with the company’s technical objectives.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

• 5+ years of experience in e-learning development and training content creation.
• Proficiency in design and presentation tools, such as Canva, Mentimeter, or similar applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to create engaging, interactive content.
• Prior experience in the IT domain or creating learning materials for IT projects.
