Role: Bid and Proposal Manager

Location: Remote

We're looking for a Bid & Proposal Manager who will play a pivotal role in securing high-value creative, marketing, and content delivery contracts. Develop winning strategies that clearly articulate OLIVER's value proposition, in-house model benefits, Gen AI and creative capabilities.

Collaborate with global and local teams including creative, client services, production, and technology to align solutions with client needs.

Maintain a library of high-quality case studies, credentials, and proposal assets to accelerate future bids.

Ensure bid governance , quality assurance, and adherence to OLIVER brand standards.

Track bid performance metrics , analyse win/loss trends, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience Required

~8+ years in bid management, proposal writing, or business development within creative agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications.

~ Exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills .

~ Experience with Gen AI, automation tools , MS Office Suite, and familiarity with agency workflows.

~ Understanding of marketing delivery channels (digital, content, social, video production, tech-enabled marketing).

~ Experience with procurement portals like Coupa, Ariba, TPM etc

MBA in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Prior experience in agency pitch management or marketing procurement will be highly valued.
