We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Remote Bid Coordinator to join our team. Based anywhere in India, you will be a key player in our bidding and proposal process, working directly with our US-based clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and communicate effectively across different time zones will be critical to your success.Key Responsibilities

- Bid Management: Lead the entire bid process from start to finish, including tracking new opportunities, creating bid schedules, and coordinating all necessary internal and external resources.
- US Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for our US clients regarding bid-related inquiries and submissions. You will need to effectively manage communication to ensure all parties are aligned on project scope and deadlines.
- Document Control: Systematically organize and maintain all bid-related documents, such as drawings, specifications, subcontractor quotes, and project addenda.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare and finalize comprehensive bid proposals, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with client requirements.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Solicit and analyze bids from subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and a thorough scope of work.
- Data Analysis: Maintain a detailed database of subcontractor information and pricing data to support future bidding efforts.
- Compliance: Ensure all bid submissions meet the legal, financial, and technical standards required by clients and regulatory bodies in the US.

Qualifications and Skills

- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Bid Coordinator, Bid Manager, or a similar role within the construction industry. Experience with US-based general contractors is highly preferred.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with bid management software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while working independently.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with diverse stakeholders, particularly with US clients.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment and be flexible with your schedule to accommodate meetings with US-based clients and teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and legal requirements, especially those related to the US market.
