We are seeking an experienced Senior Bid Specialist to lead and manage complex, high-value bids and proposals across domestic and international markets.

This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with RFP/RFI requirements, and delivering compelling, client-focused proposals that align with our strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end bid management process for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and EOIs.

Analyze tender documents to understand customer requirements and develop tailored response strategies.

Collaborate with sales, technical, legal, finance, and delivery teams to gather and validate inputs for proposals.

Write and edit high-quality content for proposals, executive summaries, and supporting documentation.

Ensure timely submission of proposals with strict adherence to deadlines and client specifications.

Maintain and update a bid library with reusable content, case studies, and past submissions.

Conduct bid/no-bid evaluations and risk assessments in collaboration with leadership.

Coordinate post-bid activities including client debriefs and lessons learned sessions.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and proposal best practices.

Support continuous improvement of bid processes, templates, and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.8+ears of proven experience in bid/proposal management, ideally in the IT, cybersecurity, or consulting domains.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with government and enterprise procurement processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Power Point; experience with bid management tools is a plus.

Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Preferred Experience: Exposure to international bidding, including working with global sales and delivery teams.

Experience responding to large-scale bids from State and Federal clients or government entities.
